Delivery Policy

EZLOOTBAY provides fast and secure delivery for all virtual assets.

• Delivery Time: Most orders are processed within 15-30 minutes after payment verification. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Delivery Methods:
  • Roblox Pets: After payment, you will be contacted via our website chat or email. You will need to provide your Roblox username to meet our delivery agent in-game for a trade.
  • WoW Gold: Delivery is typically done via in-game mail or face-to-face trade at a designated city.
• Verification: For large orders, we may require additional identity verification to prevent fraudulent transactions.
• Proof of Delivery: We record all in-game transactions (screenshots or video) as proof that the item has been delivered to the buyer.
