Refund Policy

At EZLOOTBAY, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their digital purchases. However, due to the nature of virtual goods (WoW Gold, Roblox Pets, etc.), please read our refund policy carefully:

  • Refunds Before Delivery: If you have placed an order but have not yet received the digital items, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our 24/7 support team immediately.
  • Refunds After Delivery: Once the virtual items have been successfully transferred to your game account (e.g., in-game trade, mail, or gift), no refunds or returns will be accepted. All sales are final once delivery is confirmed.
  • Out of Stock: If we are unable to fulfill your order within 24 hours due to stock issues, we will issue a full refund automatically.
  • Account Issues: We are not responsible for any actions taken by game developers (Blizzard, Roblox Corp, etc.) against your account after a successful trade. No refunds will be issued for account bans or wipes.
